How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from the US via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on the way.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. If you order on a weekend or holiday, it ships the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Log into your account and go to your order history to view the latest tracking status.
Do you ship to my address?
We ship within the United States. Some remote areas may not be available at checkout. If your address can't be selected, we're unable to ship there.
What if my package is delayed?
USPS delays are rare but can happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ business days, email us at xueli9254@gmail.com and we’ll look into it for you.
What’s your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Final sale items and custom prints are non-refundable. For non-quality issues (such as wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Will the print fade or crack?
No. Our prints are fade-resistant and built to last wash after wash. Wash inside out, cold, and hang dry to keep it looking fresh.
